We work with you to design, build and implement Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) solutions that aim to increase the participation of black-owned SMEs within your corporate supply chain to secure your ESD points and maximise business impact.

Business Incubation Programmes

Pre-Incubation

The entrepreneur joins a pre-incubation programme. They will attend business model and business plan training to help them research, prepare and ultimately present a feasible and viable business model and a business plan.

This will then form the basis of their development during full incubation.

Full Incubation

After completing the pre-incubation programme, entrepreneurs participate in a 3-month online full incubation programme. Early stage entrepreneurs have the freedom to focus on starting a business with the flexibility to access learning anywhere, at any time. Entrepreneurs are guided through each stage of starting and growing a business from conceptualising a business idea to creating their first product or service and learning how to pitch to customers.

Participants reflect on their personal entrepreneurial capabilities and learn fundamental business skills. The phase gives entrepreneurs the insights that matter, with content fuelled by the latest in thinking and proven practices for a start-up.

Acceleration Programme

Entrepreneurs in Action

The acceleration programme is a 12-month programme designed to help selected entrepreneurs grow their businesses effectively through mentorship, training and support. It assists in developing entrepreneurial abilities, encourages new ideas and motivates them to achieve with significant impact. The entrepreneurs are surrounded by an environment that fosters innovation.

We track progress and measure successes by providing the skills and resources needed to take their business to the next level.

Mentorship Programme

The 6-month virtual business mentorship programme focuses on the application of knowledge and skills in the entrepreneur’s business. Entrepreneurs are guided by business mentors through each stage of growing their business. On-going support and feedback assists in their development and growth.

The virtual mentorship programme is developed using strategies and methods to meet the specific needs and abilities of entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities allowing them to explore the principles of business development techniques relating to their business.
